Exchange Policy
We offer EXCHANGES OR STORE CREDIT ONLY.
If an item doesn’t work out, please contact Mintha’s Boutique within 7 days of delivery for return authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
To qualify for an exchange or store credit:
- Item must be unworn
- Original tags must be attached
- Item must be free of perfume, smoke, pet hair, makeup, deodorant, or damage
- Original receipt or order number is required
Store Credit
- Valid for 30 days from the date issued.
- No cash refunds.

Free Shipping
Enjoy FREE SHIPPING on orders of $115 or more (before taxes).
Combined Shipping
If you place multiple orders within the same day, we’ll gladly combine shipping whenever possible.
Please note: Our website may not automatically combine separate orders. If you qualify, any shipping overpayment will be refunded and credit as a store credit when your order is processed.
Processing & Shipping
Please allow 3–7 business days for order processing.
During major live sales, special events, or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.
All orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage. Delivery times vary based on destination after your order has been processed.
Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or postal holidays.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once USPS marks a package as Delivered, Mintha’s Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your delivery location is not secure, please ship to a safer address.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer cannot be refunded or replaced.
For lost or stolen packages, please contact your local USPS office.
Preorder Policy
Preorder items are purchased in advance to reserve your size and color.
Estimated Arrival Dates (ETA) are provided by our vendors and may change without notice.
If you need an item for a specific event, please keep possible delays in mind.
Preorder items are non-refundable.
Once inventory arrives and is processed, your order will ship and tracking information will be emailed.
Pricing Policy
Prices are subject to change without notice.
No price adjustments will be made on previous purchases during promotions, sales, or special events.
