Exchange Only Policy

If you receive an item that does not work for you, Please contact me for instructions.  You have 7 days from the time you receive merchandise for return to exchange.

NO WORN ITEMS are EXCEPTED 

Items returned must be unworn. All Special deals such as $25 Sale Items, Deals of the Day, Saturday Specials and sale items are FINAL SALE final and can NOT be returned for Exchange

SHIPPING FREE ON ORDERS OVER $99.99 If you order more than one order on the same day or so.  Please note Website doesn’t not calculate your items for free shipping. Each order is identified with a unique order number for tracking purposes. 

 

 Shipping & Return Policy

We are pleased to accept EXCHANGES ONLY of any unworn items, in perfect condition with tags attached and accompanied by a receipt. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we are pleased to offer exchange/store credit within 7 days of receiving item or confirmed delivery. 

No Price adjustments during Special Promotions, Special Deals, Door Busters and Live Sales. 

All Clearance and Blowout Sales, $25 Items From Sale Collection  are FINAL SALE!!

 

 ALL ACCESSORIES, HATS AND FLOSSY FASHION FRAMES are FINAL SALE!!

Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

 

Mintha’s Boutique reserves the right to refuse any return if the item appears damage, worn, final sale or returned after 7th day. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Because many of our items are limited quantities, we may occasionally sell out of an item. If this happens, we will notify you via email and refund your money.

 

SHIPPING PROCESS

PLEASE ALLOW 7-10 DAYS FOR PROCESSING AND SHIPPING.

 *COVID 19 UPDATE: There may be shipping delays due to the current Covid 19 crisis.  We are processing orders in a manner that insures safety for all parties involved, and shipping companies are also experiencing delays, including USPS, our primary shipping agency.  Please allow 7-10 business days for shipping.  Thank you for your patience as you shop during this time.

 

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES:  

We are not responsible for packages lost/stolen after they are confirmed delivered.  If you feel like your mail area is not safe for delivery, please choose an alternative address.  Shipping labels are generated from the address you put in your account information.  We are not responsible if packages are delivered incorrectly due to the address being wrong.  Please check the Shipping Address you put in your profile.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. Please contact your local post office for any questions concerning lost or stolen packages.  

 PRE ORDER POLICY

If you are preordering items which means you are paying for the items in advance that are not in stock because they are not available until the ETA date (estimated time of arrival),the items are ordered by The Boutique and paid for by The Boutique but the vendor does not have items available until the ETA date.

Therefore you are paying in advance to secure size and color. The ETA date is the ESTIMATED date.  The Boutique will receive the merchandise and once we process the merchandise we will ship to the consumer and send via email your tracking information. 

Please if you need items for an event please pay close attention to the ETA date because this date may change beyond The Boutique's control and all ETA items are nonrefundable

We ship via USPS Priority Mail. *DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAY
